Storm Ripper
The bolts will tear through your enemies like a particularly nasty gale.
Storm Ripper is the Iolite form of the 
Ripper, made at the Black Forge from the base crossbow, 8 
Flametal and one 
Iolite. It carries 220 pierce, 160 chop and 10 lightning, with 200 durability, 3 pierce per quality level and the same 3.5 second reload. Its hits have a 25% chance to set off chain lightning that arcs on to nearby enemies. Converting a Ripper resets it to quality 1.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Flametal Battle Idol plus 36 Flametal and 4 Iolite. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 3 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
With devcommands enabled, this drops Storm Ripper at your feet. The ID is case sensitive; the last number is the amount.
