Iolite is a gemstone found in charred chests inside the Charred Fortresses of the Ashlands, and in one of the gemstone eyes in Morkhalla. Fitted to an Ashlands weapon it makes the Thunder version, adding 10 lightning damage and a 25% chance of chain lightning on the primary attack and 20% on the secondary. Bows are the exception, at 20% on the normal shot. A creature that never spawns in a normal world, Riktig Fuling, drops it along with Jade and Bloodstone.
