Wooden Protection Idol

This mysterious idol is brimming with the potential of the gods. It could grant a powerful boon, or demand a great sacrifice.

Wooden Protection Idol is the tier 0 upgrade material for armour, called for by 43 recipes and consumed only at the Forge of Potential, one per attempt to push a finished piece past its normal quality cap. Nothing crafts or drops an idol: this tier is chest loot from the Meadows, in abandoned wood houses and stone ship settings, at 1.62% a roll on the Meadows chest table. Armour above this tier calls for the Bronze Protection Idol instead.
