removebirds command

Deletes every loaded bird. It's a scene-cleanup command from the dev toolbox, mostly useful for screenshots and performance tests. Needs devcommands.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
