removedrops command

Deletes every item lying on the ground in the area around you. Run it after a spawn command flooded the ground with loot, or to tidy up before a screenshot. Needs devcommands, and there's no undo, so pick up anything you want to keep first.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
