removefish command

Deletes all loaded fish. Like removebirds it exists for dev cleanup, for instance after testing spawns with the catch command. Needs devcommands.

Cheat commands need the console enabled with the -console launch option, then devcommands typed once. They work in singleplayer or when you host, not on dedicated servers.
