Fuling drops it, chests in Plains ruins and stone houses hold it, and grouper give it up when caught. It smelts into 
Black Metal, the equipment tier above 
Silver. Scrap cannot go through a portal, and at 10 weight a piece with 30 to a stack, a full stack is 300 weight to walk or sail home.
