Iron Pickaxe is a two-handed pickaxe forged at the Forge from 3 Corewood and 20 Iron. It deals 33 pierce and 33 pickaxe damage, has 150 durability and upgrades to quality 4, gaining 5 of each damage type per level. It adds Obsidian and Silver deposits to what the earlier pickaxes can mine. The vertical swing costs 10 stamina, and carrying it costs 5% movement speed.

Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Iron Battle Idol plus 4 Corewood and 45 Iron. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 10 damage and 50 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
