Root Harnesk is a chest armour piece crafted at the Workbench from 10 
Root, 10 
Ancient Bark and 2 
Deer Hide. It gives 8 armour, 2 more per quality level to 14 at quality 4, on 800 durability, and costs 2% movement speed. It also grants pierce resistance, which is what Draugr archers, Deathsquitos and Fuling archers deal, and it is worn with 
Root Leggings and the 
Root Mask.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Iron Protection Idol plus 9 Root and 22 Ancient Bark. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 100 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
