Seeker has 200 health and spawns in the Meadows, the swamps, the mountains, Black Forest, the plains and the Mistlands.
It resists blunt, slash and pierce; spirit does nothing to it at all.
Its hardest hit is takeoff at 200 frost and 30 pierce, out of 7 attacks.
Some of what it throws is elemental, so frost resistance is worth having.
Of everything craftable,
Lightning Strike,
Frostfire Crossbow and
Frostfire Sledge put the most damage through what it resists.
It always drops
Seeker Meat and
Carapace.
Seeker is the common insectoid soldier of the Mistlands, 200 health, able to take off from 10 to 100 meters out and land again on an 8 second cycle, so it fights from the air as readily as the ground. Its pincer bite deals 90 pierce, each of the two claw thrusts 120 pierce, and its ground slam 100 blunt in a 3.2 meter arc, which it can also perform mid-air to land. Blunt, slash and pierce are all resisted and spirit does nothing, but fire, frost, lightning and poison are unresisted, which is why elemental weapons carry the biome. Each kill drops 1 to 2
Seeker Meat and 1 to 2
Carapace, with the
Seeker Trophy at 5 percent.
Their carapace resists every physical type, so this is where eitr magic, fire and good parries earn their keep. All the big hits telegraph: parry the pincer sweep and the claw thrust and they stagger long enough to punish. Their meat and carapace build the whole Mistlands tier, so every fight pays.

Each 64 m zone keeps its own timer per entry and rolls the chance once per interval while loaded; a zone never loaded before rolls the moment you arrive. The spawn lands 40 to 80 m from a player, never inside a base unless noted, and "max near you" counts the loaded area around that zone. Dungeon and camp spawners are separate and not counted here.
With devcommands enabled, this spawns Seeker in front of you. The third number is the level: 3 spawns a 2-star.
