Seeker Soldiers in the Mistlands. It weighs 2 and stacks to 50, and unlike every other heavy armour material it can be carried through a portal. It is the base of the carapace armour set, 
Carapace Shield, 
Carapace Arrow and 
Carapace Bolt.
