Refined Eitr. It blocks for 78, carries 10 blunt damage, has 250 durability, upgrades to quality 3 and trains Blocking. Its 2.5x parry bonus gives it the highest parry armour of any shield in the game, at the cost of 18 block power against the 
Carapace Shield. It weighs 5 and costs 5% movement speed.
Past quality 3, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Black Marble Protection Idol plus 32 Carapace, 12 Scale Hide and 12 Refined Eitr. No other station asks for the idol.
