Patterns of the Bear. Its matching pieces are 
Vilebone Drapes and the 
Vilebone Visage.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Black Metal Protection Idol plus 9 Bear Hide, 4 Vile Ribcage and 4 Linen Thread. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 200 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
