Vilebone Visage is a helmet forged at the Forge from 5 
Bear Hide and one 
Vile Trophy. It gives 12 armour, plus 2 per quality level to 18 at quality 4, on 1000 durability. The 
Vilebone Cage already starts at 18, so the visage sits 6 armour behind the rest of the set until it is fully upgraded.
Past quality 4, the Forge of Potential will take it one level further for 1 Black Metal Protection Idol plus 9 Bear Hide. No other station asks for the idol.

Each quality level adds 2 armor and 200 durability. Quality 2 costs the per-level amount, quality 3 twice that and quality 4 four times, so the last level is more than half of the total.
