Nornathread
Don't let the delicate strands fool you. These threads are spun from the power of the world tree itself.
Nornathread is a material dropped by
Hexen, 1 to 3 per kill, with no other source in the world. Nine recipes need it, which is the entire Deep North magic line: 5 each for the
Robes of the Caller, its trousers, the
Witch Crown and three of the four staves, 4 for
Echo Spike, 3 for the
Headdress of the Caller and 2 for the
Cape of the Caller. Upgrades add another 2 or 3 per level, so a full mage kit is measured in Hexen kills.
