Deep North siteNorth Village
135 per world · 15 to 20 buildings · 38 itemsA world seeds 135 of these, more than any other Deep North location by a wide margin, with only 70 metres between neighbours. Each one assembles 15 to 20 buildings from a set of 9 pieces, so villages sprawl rather than branch, and the buildings are what you loot rather than corridors.
Three separate tables run inside one village and they barely overlap. The granary is agricultural, and it is the best seed source in the game: 8 different seeds and crops, with
Oat Seeds alone at 41.7 percent a roll across 3 to 6 rolls. The timber hall is food and drink. The village chest is ammunition,
Coins at 22 to 99 a time, and the only place upgrade idols turn up in the north.
There is also furniture worth breaking. Six of the trophy stands hold a trophy each, which is the cheapest way to fill a wall with things you never killed.
Three Shadow spawn points sit across four of the building pieces, and the Shadow's damage table sets every single type to Ignore, including damage from other creatures. It cannot be killed, only outrun, and at run speed 7 it is faster than you are in heavy armour. Loot the granary and the chest first and treat the rest of the village as optional.
The five weapon moulds sit on the granary and the timber hall at under two percent a roll each, which is far worse than the 5 percent a buried chest at the
North Memorial Place pays. Come here for seeds and coins, not for casting.
For moulds go to the North Memorial Place. The biome's two real dungeons are the Winding Tunnels and Mörkhalla. What to do with all those seeds is on the farming guide.
